Privacy policy for PawEase Business Support

This notice describes the application before Gmail activation. It covers PawEase Business Support, not UtilityStack's marketplace applications or a store's separate checkout policies.

Current Google data access

The Gmail integration is inactive. This application has not obtained mailbox authorization and has not collected Gmail messages or sent mail through the integration.

Planned purpose and permissions

The intended purpose is to help the business owner review support messages, match them to independently established order information and send approved customer-service replies. The requested Gmail permissions allow reading the dedicated business mailbox and sending mail on its behalf. These permissions cover the mailbox more broadly than the application's intended inbox and processing limits. Customers do not authorize access to their own Google accounts.

Storage, sharing and deletion

There is currently no Google mailbox data retained by this inactive integration. Before mailbox authorization is enabled, this notice will identify the actual processing services, information retained, retention periods, deletion process and safeguards. No live Gmail-data transfer to an AI service or other processor is authorized by this notice.

Google API data may only be used for the support functions disclosed to the account owner, consistently with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. This application is not represented as Google-verified.

Website visits and contact

These pages contain no sign-in form, analytics code or tracking scripts. The planned host is Cloudflare Pages. When the site is published there, Cloudflare may process connection information, including IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect the website. See Cloudflare's privacy policy. Hosting these public pages does not give Cloudflare access to the private Gmail integration or its credentials.

For PawEase privacy questions, contact paweasesupplyco@gmail.com. Do not send passwords, access tokens or sensitive message contents. Any information voluntarily sent to that address is handled as business correspondence outside this inactive application.

This pre-activation notice must be updated before data practices change. It does not claim that an automated deletion service or a live Gmail integration has been deployed.
